2nd Shift Sanitation Supervisor

Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities.
Experience in a supervisory role with strong leadership skills, a dedicated commitment to progress, and the flexibility to work all required hours to ensure completion of tasks and readiness for the next day's production.
Proficiency in reading and writing English, and basic computer skills are essential.
Essential to have a foundational understanding of chemicals and cleaning solutions.
Sanitation experience in a fishing industry is a plus.
The capacity to grasp the significance of audits and the upkeep or sanitation of the business.
Must demonstrate a willingness to undergo training for skill enhancement and exhibit the ability to train and develop the team accordingly.
Proficient in time management, and adept at handling multiple tasks concurrently.
