Overview: _*This position requires on-site presence at our East Greenwich, Rhode Island location; telecommuting or remote work options are not available for this role.
*_ We are seeking a skilled Oracle PL SQL Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in database design, SQL, and ETL processes.

Duties: · Program using SQL in multiple environments.
SQL server and Oracle PL/SQL.
· Program and administer permission control in Unix/AIX/LINUX platform and UNIX shell programming.
· Develop, test and document Oracle packages, functions, triggers, and procedures · Problem solve and troubleshoot technical issues while working with the users to resolve production issues · Manage numerous timelines, multi-task in a SW Developer / database intensive role.
· Champion Team efforts demonstrating organizational commitment and supporting the division’s technical direction Requirements: * Must have experience in C# ASP.
NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, PL/SQL; * Power BI knowledge preferred.
* Experience working and developing in the Microsoft Ecosystem· Experience with APIs· Ability to navigate and troubleshoot a LINUX environment, familiarity with CRON.
* Ability to create, identify and maintain Oracle Procedures, Functions, and triggers.
* Experience with SaaS and Cloud development * Experience with Ellucian (SCT) Banner Student and Financial Aid modules a plus.
* Experience with Educational Federal Reporting Requirements (for example, IPEDS, National Clearinghouse) a plus * Performs other duties as assigned.
* Ability to take direction and perform tasks with no supervision.
* English-language speaking and reading skills sufficient to communicate by phone and in person to internal and external customers and read information on documents and files.

* Knowledge of contemporary office practices, procedures, and techniques.
