Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities Review of Loan Documentation Review all new loans booked on the core system for accuracy as outlined by the loan note.
Review of all data field parameters to ensure that the core system is compliant with the original loan documents.
Review new loan account opening transactions to ensure proper disbursement and funding of miscellaneous fees were performed according to loan documentation and posted to the correct accounts.
Loan Servicing Reports Review Review a variety of loan servicing reports including, but not limited to, critical maintenance, minor change reports, loan exception report and index rate schedule reports to ensure all system maintenance is completed within established department procedures.
Review of reports related to loan maintenance to ensure proper documentation is present to substantiate maintenance performed.
Prepare monthly QC reports for management including, but not limited to, listing the areas reviewed, errors noted, error ratios and summary.
Loan Servicing Support Provide assistance and feedback to other staff concerning errors and omissions relating to the loan documents and procedures.
Accountable for the tracking and resolving of errors and omissions.
Loan Portfolio Review Perform quarterly reviews on loan portfolio to ensure they are working properly, and no anomalies are revealed for any particular loan.
Review the loan portfolio on a quarterly basis to ensure they are working properly in regard to late charges; principal and interest posting of loan payment.
Review of other items related to the portfolio based on the loan product.
Compliance Ensure procedures regarding servicing are being met according to company guidelines and policies for quality control best practices and key compliance.
Update and maintain written compliance procedures as required ensuring that all procedures are up to date and relevant to the core system updates and current loan policies.

Knowledge and Skills High School diploma or equivalent 2 to 3 years’ experience in lending practices and procedures Strong oral and written communication skills Strong mathematical and organizational skills Working knowledge of Word and Excel Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently meeting required deadlines Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy ADA Requirements Physical Requirements Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and regularly lifting to 5 lbs.
Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency.
Must be able to operate routine office equipment.
Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day.
Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management.
Must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.
Working Conditions Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.
