Position Summary This position will assist the Marketing and Business Intelligence departments with various projects and tasks on a part-time basis.
Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Events & Activities Support departments and branches with event collateral, including but not limited to Business EXPOs Chamber Events Mortgage Lending Events Community Events Marketing Strategies Assist in Marketing meetings as they pertain to ongoing projects and learning.
Support in campaign development and deployment, Social media content creation, And overall marketing strategies.
Business Intelligence Assist in department meetings as they pertain to ongoing projects and learning, Create new, update existing, and test procedures for the department, Triage incoming report tickets and build simple reports, Update data dictionary and report dictionary as needed, Other administrative tasks as needed.
Ongoing Administrative / Department Support Updating and maintaining media contact list(s).
Maintaining social media calendar / LinkedIn maintenance.
Other projects as needed.
Organizational Protocol Attend training sessions and seminars as requested by the supervisor and mandated by the Credit Union.
Adhere to and demonstrate the behaviors of the Credit Union’s core values; actively work to enhance the member experience throughout the Credit Union.
Perform all duties in line with all Credit Union policies and all state and federal regulations.

Knowledge and Skills High School Diploma or equivalent Currently enrolled full-time student in college/university program Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products & Adobe Creative Suite and/or readiness to learn new systems Strong oral and written communication skills ADA Requirements Physical Requirements Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and regularly lifting of up to 10 lbs.
Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation.
Must be able to operate routine office equipment.
Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day.
Must be able to work extended hours if requested by management.
Must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.
Working Conditions Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.
