*Job description* We are looking for a team member to fill the role of Client/Investment Support Specialist that wants to build a career in a fast-paced customer centric environment.
Their primary duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting clients in the investment onboarding process, assisting with Salesforce, data entry, coordinate and follow through on tasks related to client service for both new/existing clients.
Training on all aspects of the business will be part of the onboarding process for the candidate.
Job is not remote.
*Key Responsibilities* · Ability to prepare investment account opening documents.
· Track the movement of money from the delivering firm to the receiving firm.
· Assisting clients on the account opening and funding process.
· Maintain and update client files.
· Document everything on our CRM (Salesforce) .
· Deliver unparalleled client service when working with clients to help troubleshoot issues.
· Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment, prioritize, work independently to create solutions, and manage time effectively.
· If properly licensed (Series 66 & 7), making trades for clients and advisors.
*Qualifications & Skills* · Exceptional computer skills (Required) · Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Required) · Strong communications skills (Required) · Securities Licenses (Series 6, 63, 65, 66, 7) Recommended but not required.
· Salesforce · Experience as an assistant to a Financial Advisor · Must be a collaborative team player that is able to work with other team members in a high paced environment.
· Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Must be able to work independently.
· Must be highly ambitious and proactive with strong follow through.
