Responsibilities:
You are expected to interact with all customers, students, and staff in an upbeat and positive manner that supports the SafeSplash Brand Standard.
Mastery of all SafeSplash programs, procedures, policies, products, and functions is required to provide all necessary information confidently.
Convert leads into registrations by asking open-ended questions to determine customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
Establish an ongoing relationship with customers to drive long-term enrollment through consistent communication and being well-informed regarding their student's lesson progress.
Maintain a calm, professional demeanor when faced with customer dissatisfaction by gracefully diffusing the disgruntled customer’s concerns and objections and escalating to a manager or supervisor when unable to resolve customer issues.
Conduct administrative duties such as filling out quarterly progress reports and updating parents on their swimmers’ progress.
Stay current on certifications by attending in-service training and additional supplemental training courses.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
You must be available to work a minimum of two weekday afternoon shifts (3- 8 p.
m.
) and Saturday OR Sunday (8 am—2 pm).
If needed, you can supplement the schedule with additional afternoon or morning shifts (9 am-1 pm).
Must be willing to train as a swim instructor so you are well-versed in our teaching methodology.
Have a friendly personality and possess strong communication skills.
Comfortable working with children.
Must be able to multi-task.
Ability to maintain regular, dependable attendance and be punctual.
Working knowledge of computers.
Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the US.
