Legal Assistant--Fluent in Haitian Creole

The Law Offices of Wilnick Thenor (Fall River, MA) is seeking a part time immigration paralegal with 1-2 years of family based and removal defense experience.
Our ideal candidate must be fluent in Haitian Creole, and familiar with common family based petitions and removal defense applications.
Preparing applications and supporting evidence packages for hearings; drafting affidavits, responding to court scheduling orders, and requests for evidence are among the primary responsibilities.
