Litigation Associate

We are seeking a LITIGATION ASSOCIATE to join our workers’ compensation practice.
We seek candidates with one to three years of experience in workers’ compensation, personal injury, social security or related fields.
Candidates must be admitted to practice in Rhode Island.
We are Rhode Island’s leading union-side labor law firm and expect our workers’ compensation practice to reflect progressive values.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic record, excellent client communication skills and most importantly a commitment to economic and social justice.
We have a busy, high-volume practice built primarily on referrals from existing clients.
