* *13 Week Assignment, with option to extend for 1 additional 13 week assignment if available*

*Position Assignment Details:*
* *Hours: 24, 32, 36 or 40hrs*
* *Shifts: 3p-3:30a, 7:15p-7:15a, 3p-11:30p, 11:15p-7:15a*
* *Weekend requirements: Every Other, Every weekend($90), or 1 weekend shift every weekend.
*
* *Every other holiday required.
*
*Area Assignment:* Emergency Dept.

\*During assignment, can be asked to float to any Southcoast Hospital: Charlton Memorial—Fall River, St.
Luke’s—New Bedford and Tobey--Wareham
*Requirements:*
* Current Southcoast Health System employees are not eligible for consideration.
Former employees must be separated from Southcoast for at least 9 months to be eligible.
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
* Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
* Minimum of one year of Emergency Department nursing experience required.
* Competent in reading and interpreting basic telemetry strips.
* ACLS required as appropriate
* Ability to efficiently float to other like-units for patient assignments is required.
* Working knowledge and experience with PC-based applications.
* Epic experience is preferred.
* Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
