*Maintenance Technician*
*Location: Commonwealth Landing and Downtown Lofts Fall River, MA 02720*
*Hours: Full-Time - 40 hours *

Maintenance Tech: HallKeen Management has an opening for a maintenance technician position to assist in maintenance duties of 156 apartments at Commonwealth Landing and Downtown Lofts and commercial space over multiple properties in Fall River, MA.
Duties include, but are not limited to, daily trash removal, general maintenance repairs, cleaning, painting and turning over apartments, plumbing, and minor electrical.
On-call responsibilities are will be required emergencies after hours and weekends.
Individual must have experience and skills in building maintenance.
Individual must possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact well with residents and be able to work independently.
