Maintenance Technician

A full-service Multi-family Property Management company is seeking talented Maintenance Technician professional for our South County property.
*Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:* * General maintenance and facilities tasks for residential apartment buildings * Completion and close out of works orders * General unit “turn-over” tasks including; painting, light carpentry, plumbing & electrical, cleaning, etc.
* “On call” coverage on a rotating basis * Unit / building and site inspections * Conduct oneself in a professional manner when dealing with residents, vendors and staff *Successful candidates must have the following qualifications:* * Possess a valid RI driver’s license and have their own vehicle * High school diploma or GED.
Bilingual preferred * General facilities and building construction knowledge * Able to lift or carry items that weigh approximately 40 lbs.
