QUALIFICATIONS
Current MA license
Valid driver's license
1+ years of experience as an LPN is preferred but not required.
New graduates are welcome!
Join our team for a flexible work schedule, Monday through Friday, with one day off during the week! Our hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
No need to worry about working on holidays either! We also rotate on-call weekends and offer per-diem hours for even more flexibility.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN LPN - LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
As an integral part of our healthcare team, you perform vital duties to ensure the well-being of our individuals.
This includes conducting in-home audits and medication reviews, maintaining health records, and coordinating healthcare services.
You communicate medical concerns to various stakeholders and manage medication and treatment orders, including reporting any side effects.
You also contribute to staff training and perform physical assessments such as monitoring vital signs and providing wound and tube care.
