LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

*Summary:* Our exclusive client is seeking two Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to start ASAP.
Two overnight shifts are available (11p-7a)(24 and 32hours a week).
Ideally, looking for a candidate with 2 years LPN experience *Responsibilities:* * Perform pre-admission screenings (via Telephone or On-site) * Monitor drug and alcohol withdrawl * Perform physical assessments * Maintain patient charts * Participate in case reviews * Conduct patient education sessions * Document identified medical problems, and report them in a timely manner *Requirements:* * MA licensed LPN * Nursing Degree (Diploma, Associate, or BSN) * CPR * The capability to implement Physician's standing orders.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $34.
