*We are looking for experienced Caregivers to assist our elderly clients with some or all of their ADLs.
We are a non medical home care company located in Swansea MA.
There is no heavy lifting, you have one client only, ( Sometimes there may be couples care) Most of our clients need little to no assistance, just a lot of safety supervision.
We have all shifts open.
Most of our cases require every other weekend due to our clients needing care seven days a week.
All applicants MUST have at least *6 months to 1 year of caregiving experience *with the elderly or in a group home setting.
We offer weekly pay, overtime when available and health benefits for full time employees.
All benefits will be discussed in the interview .

*Must have a recent TB within the last year*
*Must be CPR certified or willing to become certified within two weeks of hire*
*Must read, write and speak English for this case*

Personal Care Assistant
Duties:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility
- Med reminder
- Provide companionship
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is REQUIRED
- Familiarity with systems such as assisted living, memory care, hospice care, and dementia care is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
