The Masters Level Clinician/Clinical Supervisor will serve as the primary therapist and contact for our in-home clients.
The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the management of the direct care staff along with the content and implementation of in-home treatment plans.
Qualifications/Requirements:
MA degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related Human services field.
LCSW, LICSW, LMHC license in State of Rhode Island
Two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated critical thinking skills
Proficient with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals
Experience in quality management preferred
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
