With a competitive starting salary, an excellent benefits package, paid holidays and a cohesive "family-like" work environment, a Clinician at Ocean State Behavioral will use their skills to serve as a primary therapist and contact for all in-home clients.
Our licensed mental health professionals develop treatment plans and methodologies while overseeing such programs and therapeutic services by assigned Personal Assistance Services and Supports (PASS) and Home Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS) providers.
This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for adhering to professional and legal requirements and demonstrating sound judgement while providing at least the minimum standard of care according to program standards and principles of "good practice.

Requirements:
Current LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT License
Master's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or relevant field
Minimum of (1) year experience of working with children with special healthcare needs.
Meets transportation requirements (No history of DUI, a year free of vehicle accidents, valid vehicle insurance, valid vehicle registration, and valid state inspection sticker)
DCYF CANTS clearance check.
Job Duties:
Execute case openings (in conjunction with the case Treatment Coordinator) according to EOHHS program standards and guidelines.
Develop treatment and behavior plans with measurable and attainable goals for assigned PASS and HBTS workers while ensuring that all treatment is evidence based and reflects the most recent research findings.
Prepare and submit all required documentation for initial or renewal plans in a timely manner.
Document all actions taken in production of HBTS & PASS Plans and Progress Reports on the Contact Tracking Sheet and submit with plan to case Treatment Coordinator.
Demonstrate, train, and instruct Direct Service Providers (DSP) in treatment methodologies outlined in the treatment plan as needed.
Visit in-home treatment clients according to program guidelines while coordinating care across all settings.
Monitor roster for required action (renewal plans, progress reports, discharges).
For HBTS clients establish a regular biweekly supervision schedule with the DSP.
Ensure DSP are trained to complete incident reports for significant incidents within 24 hours and receiving boundary, communication, and positive behavioral supports in a timely manner upon hiring.
