Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling inbound and outbound calls.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys assisting customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Duties: - Handle incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, complaints, and product information - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience - Utilize phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Perform data entry to update customer information accurately - Analyze customer interactions to identify trends or areas for improvement Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Schedule: Two nights a week and Saturdays are a must.
