Customer Service Representative

Aarons AutoGlass is looking for a customer service representative.
You will be the first interaction with potential customers, handling every aspect of scheduling a windshield repair, from quoting to insurance claims, to scheduling the day of service.
Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to….
- answer phone calls for customer inquiries in a fast paced environment - navigate correct parts, quote vehicles - set up insurance claims and scheduling jobs - ordering needed inventory.
