Customer Service Associate
Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic customer service representative for our growing diaper delivery program and emerging dietary supply business.
The candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Duties:
* Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and form inquiries.
* Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
* Process new customer applications and collect necessary documentation from physicians.
* Update customer documentation as needed and follow up on incomplete requests.
* Enter appropriate information in multiple databases.
Requirements and skills
* Proven customer support experience handling phone calls and digital inquiries
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Data entry skills
* Experience using Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, Workwave, Cortex EDI
* High school diploma
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.
