We are looking for a *Customer Service Representative *for a 06+ Months contract position.

*Position: Customer Service Representative*
*Location: Warwick, RI*
*Duration: 06+ Months*
*Training on site* – nesting and quality control will be on site– after quality certification/assessment position will be remote.
Agent experiencing system issues at home office will be required to travel to Warwick office until the system issue/outage corrected.
*Description:*
Inbound customer service role for Structured Settlement Dept – the role will include Customers calling to start their structured settlement annuity – customers calling for account maintenance direct deposit changes / address changes / tax changes – process specific changes –deals with beneficiaries within claims process and help families create the claims.
Educate customer regarding structured settlement annuity.
Work to remove roadblocks to customer requests & educate customer on the correct process for receiving information.
*Requirements:*
· Ability to attend training, nesting at Quaker Lane, Warwick RI office
· Ability to work from home which includes high speed internet and a quiet place to work that is secure.
(Hotspots are not allowed – high internet speed is required)
· Able to use video during interview and training.
· An ability to work during the hours of operation of Monday-Friday, must be flexible in regard to shifts worked, which may change based on business needs.
· No time off planned during training until end of nesting
Job Type: Contract
