This is a work from home position, and the role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online iLottery customers.
This agent will be answering inbound phone calls from our Kentucky iLottery players.
Top 3 Skill Sets:
Customer Service, Communication Skills, Knowledge Retention + Recall, and Speed + Efficiency
High School is required.
